Norwich baby yoga classes

What happens if my baby doesn’t settle during baby yoga and massage classes?

Please don’t worry.  YogaBubs is an enjoyable, relaxing experience and totally appreciates that every baby is individual and has different needs and routines. If your baby needs to feed, to sleep, to have a moan it doesn’t matter at all. Simply join in when you can and take time out when you need. If you are feeding it’s great to observe what’s going on and try it out at home, mums find simply being in the environment of the class is relaxing and supportive.

Likewise, if baby dozes off mum can always join in with some post-natal yoga. YogaBubs is for you and your bubs – feel no pressure, go with the flow and enjoy….
